Booking cancellations require the Customer to give a us minimum of 48 hours notice in writing, ahead of the booked Date / Time. (use the form above)
Once a Refund has been actioned it cannot be stopped, reversed or cancelled.
Wickwater Woods regret their staff are unable to change booking details or upgrade / downgrade already made bookings. Sorry but you will need to cancel and re-book.
Refunds will be via Stripe and made to the Credit / Debit card used for the original booking. Stripe refunds generally take between 5-10 days to reach the customer account.
